Custom Creation Orders
I absolutely love getting to create beautiful pieces for your specific need — your choice of metal, engraving, medals, size, beads, crucifix, and clasp all for NO additional custom design fee. Bring your own ideas or browse the shop for inspiration. I can create a piece with as much or as little detail as you have in mind. I can either follow your exact direction in selecting pieces, or can create a beautiful piece following your brief idea. Of course, prices will vary depending upon your selections. Rest assured that selections and pricing will be made transparent throughout the design process and I will wait for your approval before creating and before shipping. I will need approximately 10 business days to complete a custom order; this time will be made transparent to you while we create together.
You will be provided with a link in the shop for your custom piece where you may complete payment, enter shipping information, and complete the order. Custom orders will not be shipped and parts will not be ordered until payment is complete.
Engraving
Engraving may be available for $10. Note that not all pieces are able to be engraved. Please state if you know you definitely want an engraved item so that we can only look at pieces which are able to be engraved.
Items Marked Available on Backorder
If you see that an item is available on backorder, that simply means that the rosary pictured has been sold, yet I can likely make it again. This may take a few more days in the case that I may need to order parts, but rest assured that I will be contacting you on that process. If we find ourselves in the rare case that I do not have the parts on hand and cannot find more to order (likely because the beads or medals used were discontinued by my suppliers, and also cannot find through other suppliers [I do search high and low for parts!]), we can look at similarly beautiful options or you may request a full refund.
Packaging
Each rosary will be packaged with tissue paper in a placed in a pillow gift box, ready to present as a gift or simply to keep safe. The boxes read “ora pro nobis” which means “pray for us” in Latin. This gift box will be placed inside a shipping box with tissue paper, a thank you card from me, and a description card which details the inspiration for the item’s design.
Gift Options
If you are shipping straight to a gift recipient, I can gladly include a handwritten message on a card. You tell me the message and I will neatly write it. I can also include a gift bag and tissue paper upon request. There is no additional charge for this gift service, but it must be requested at the time of placing the order.
Blessed Items
I do not sell any items that have been blessed. If you wish to have your rosary blessed, you may bring it to your priest and ask him to bless it for you. Usually, this only takes a few minutes and could likely be done after Mass. Your priest should instruct you on the care and disposal of blessed items.
Processing Time
Please give me about 5 business days to process your order, though I often have it completed sooner. If you need your order by a specific date, please make it known and we will make every effort to meet your deadline. Custom orders will take approximately 10 business days; this time will be made transparent to you while we create together.
Shipping
I am based near Pittsburgh, PA, USA and offer standard FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the domestic US. Expedited shipping is possible at cost. I can ship internationally at cost. Please keep shipping times from the US in mind when ordering. If you are having any trouble with shipping charges, please contact me here.
Repairs and Resizing
If you need a repair or find that your item needs resized or a different clasp, I will happily help you with that here. The cost covers a replacement clasp, wire, any spacer beads, and shipping both ways. I will email you a prepaid label to send it back to me. There will be an additional charge for any beads (not the tiny spacer beads) and/or medals to be replaced.
